The Velvet Crown provides professional dry-hire mobile bartending services for weddings, private parties, corporate events, celebrations, and special occasions. Our services include professional bartending, signature cocktail service, portable bar setups, professional setup and breakdown, drinkware and bar equipment, garnishes, mocktail and hydration station,, cocktail menu signage, and customized bar experiences depending on the package selected. We do not provide or sell alcohol—clients purchase and provide their own alcoholic beverages, while we handle the bar service and create an elevated experience for you and your guests.

Our pricing is based on the package selected, guest count, service hours, event needs, and level of bar service and enhancements requested. Each package is designed to accommodate different event sizes and experiences, from bartender-only service to a full luxury bar experience with additional staff, specialty cocktails, décor, mocktail stations, and more. Additional hours, bartenders, specialty services, and customized enhancements may be added for an additional fee.

Because The Velvet Crown is a dry-hire service, alcohol is not included in our pricing and is purchased separately by the client.

Travel may also affect pricing. Events located outside of our standard service area may be subject to an additional mileage or travel fee, based on the event location and distance from our service area. Any applicable travel fees will be communicated and agreed upon before your booking is finalized.

Our setup timeline depends on the package selected, guest count, venue access, and the level of customization for your event. Most setups are completed approximately 1–2 hours before guest arrival or service begins, allowing our team enough time to prepare the bar, organize equipment, chill beverages when applicable, arrange garnishes, and ensure everything is ready before the first guest is served. Larger or more detailed events may require additional setup time. We coordinate the arrival and setup schedule with the client and venue in advance to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

We do not sell, purchase, furnish, transport, or provide alcoholic beverages for events. The client is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol for their celebration. We are happy to provide a customized shopping list for alcohol and mixers when included with the selected package, helping you determine what and how much to purchase for your event.

The Velvet Crown is Inland Empire-based and proudly serves events throughout San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties. Our standard service area includes locations within a 25-mile radius, while events outside of that radius may be subject to an additional travel or mileage fee. We’re also happy to consider events in additional counties! If your event is outside our standard service area, simply submit an inquiry through our contact form with your event location, and our team will review the details and provide any applicable travel fees and additional costs before your booking is finalized.
